How to Pay for EVE Online from Russia
There are two ways to keep an Omega subscription running, and only one of them involves money. This page covers both: paying with ISK you earned in game, and buying Omega time or PLEX for roubles.

Omega and PLEX — what you are actually buying
Omega is the paid account status: full skill list, all ships, no training restrictions. PLEX is the in-game currency you can convert into Omega time, and it is also an ordinary tradable item — it has a market price in ISK like anything else.
That second property is the important one. Because PLEX can be bought on the in-game market for ISK, a subscription can be paid for entirely with money you earned inside the game. The exact number of PLEX per month is set by CCP and shown in the in-game store — check it there rather than trusting a number on a website.
Way one: pay with ISK, not money
Earn ISK, buy PLEX on the market, convert it to Omega. Nothing leaves your wallet. The catch is that PLEX has a price, and that price moves — so «how much ISK is a month of Omega» is a question about today's rate, not a constant.
The current PLEX price is in the ticker at the top of every page here, and on the market showcase. Multiply it by the PLEX cost of a month and you have the honest ISK price of your subscription.

Way two: buy for roubles
Russian game shops sell EVE Online products directly. Gamazavr, for one, carries Omega time in three, six and twelve month packages, PLEX in packs from 100 up to 20,000, multiple character training certificates and skill extractors.
Prices and available payment methods change, so we do not quote them here — open the shop and look. What is worth knowing in advance: buying PLEX rather than Omega directly gives you the choice later, since PLEX converts to Omega but also buys items in the in-game store.

Which way is cheaper
Neither, always. Paying with ISK costs you play time instead of money; buying for roubles costs money instead of time. The genuinely useful move is to compare them honestly: work out what an hour of your in-game income is worth, and check what a month of Omega costs in ISK at today's PLEX price. Most players end up doing both, depending on how busy the month is.
